Term and Cancellation

The Referral Service Agreement with The Vast Reach is effective from the date of execution (“Effective Date”) and remains in force for one (1) year from that date. Either party — whether The Vast Reach or the agent/broker — may cancel this agreement with or without cause by providing written or emailed notice at least 120 days prior to the intended termination date.

Effect of Termination

Termination of the Referral Agreement will not affect any compensation, discounts, credits, or other payments due — including those earned through accepted referrals prior to cancellation. All such obligations will remain enforceable despite the termination.

Cancelling Your Membership

Your membership with The Vast Reach begins on the signup date and remains active until this agreement is terminated. You may end your membership at any time, with or without cause, by submitting written or emailed notice at least 120 days before your intended termination date.

To proceed with cancellation, the agent/broker must complete the official cancellation form and submit it to The Vast Reach. Please note that the membership fee is non-refundable once your signup is complete.
