Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the refund terms and conditions related to the sign-up fee in connection with the Referral Agreement executed with The Vast Reach. This Policy is effective for a period of 60 days from the date of the Referral Agreement’s execution.
Refund Eligibility
a. Refunds for the sign-up fee are permissible exclusively under the following circumstances:
- Failure to Provide Leads: In the event that The Vast Reach fails to deliver any leads to the agent/broker as stipulated.
- Non-Exclusivity of Leads: If the lead provided to the agent/broker lacks primary exclusivity and has been shared with other agents/brokers within our network.
- Lead’s Reluctance to Engage in Business: If the lead(s) provided demonstrates an unwillingness to participate in business activities within 9 months from the date of assignment.
- Pre-existing Contract: If the lead is already under contract with the agent/broker at the time of assignment.
- Non-Responsiveness of Leads: If the lead(s) remains non-responsive for a continuous period of 10 working days.
- Acceptance of Leads Outside Preferred Location: If the agent/broker opts to receive leads from areas outside their preferred location, such leads will count toward their monthly allocation and will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Refund Procedure
a. In case of scenario a(i), the agent/broker must send a reminder to The Vast Reach requesting the lead(s). If we fail to provide the lead(s) within one month of the reminder, the agent/broker may submit a claim for refund.
b. For scenarios a(ii) to a(v), the agent/broker should report the issue to us with supporting evidence and request a lead replacement. If we do not replace the lead(s) within one month from the report, the agent/broker may then submit a claim for refund of the sign-up fee.
Timely Reporting
The agent/broker must send the reminder or report the issue to The Vast Reach within 48 hours of accepting the referral. Failure to do so will result in the leads being considered satisfactory and not eligible for refund or replacement.
This Refund Policy takes effect as of the effective date above and supersedes all prior versions. By accepting the Referral Agreement with The Vast Reach, you acknowledge and agree to follow the terms in this Policy.
