Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing The Vast Reach, where we provide exclusive, verified leads tailored to your preferred markets. Our plans are designed to deliver consistent value, including lead generation, strategic onboarding, and dedicated support. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be considered, along with the necessary deductions based on services rendered.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • No leads have been received within the first 120 calendar days from the date of registration.
  • The selected plan must be 12 months in duration. Six-month plans are not eligible for refunds.
  • All refunds are processed only after applicable service deductions have been made.

3. Service Deductions

If you qualify for a refund, the following service charges will be deducted from your total eligible refund amount:

  • Dedicated Account Manager: $150 (flat fee) – Covers the cost of client communication, strategy, and account oversight for 12 months
  • Virtual Staging: $40 per listing – Design and processing work for each staged property image or video


Example:

A client on the Team (5 members) plan ($2,495) received:

  • A dedicated account manager = $150
  • 3 virtual stagings = $120
  • No leads in 120 days
  • Refund requested on Day 367

Total deduction = $270
Refund issued = $2,495 – $270 = $2,225


4. Disputes and Chargebacks

Clients must contact our support team before initiating any dispute or chargeback. Failing to do so will result in:

  • Immediate termination of all services
  • Forfeiture of all refund rights
  • Permanent ban from future services


5. Agreement

By purchasing a service plan from The Vast Reach, you confirm that:

  • You understand and agree to the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy
  • You accept that refunds are only available within the defined eligibility window
  • You acknowledge that service fees for virtual staging and dedicated account management will be deducted from any eligible refund
